Updated Building Designs

We want to share some of our updated building designs from Engineering Ministries International (EMI) of our new central offices in Managua, which will be named the Center for Peace Gustavo Adolfo Parajón D. (named after CEPAD’s founder).

Below are just some of the updated designs!

We will have our own gated entrance, which will allow for more security, privacy, and easier access for not only staff, but visitors as well.

RadioCEPAD will join us at our central offices. They are currently at their own building in Managua, but far away from our current offices. It will be nice for all of us to be together and to have updated recording spaces to better serve our listeners.

Our main offices will host our directors, program managers, delegations team, accounting, team, etc.

Our Delegations, Program Managers, and Accounting teams will all all get updated work spaces to help make working together easier.

At our Center for Peace, we will have a chapel where we can hold special events. We also expect others to rent out this new area for events outside of CEPAD, which will be a source of revenue to help CEPAD cover the many costs of our programs.

We will also be expanding our auditorium space to be able to hold more CEPAD events as well as rent the space out to others.

Our current office building in Managua will be remodeled to solely host our visitors. There will be nice open spaces to sit and meet as well as new rooms to accommodate both small and large groups.
